Sensation of swelling on the sole of the foot!

Sometimes, when I swim or run, my soles suddenly cramp up, and I get surprised.
After receiving hospital treatment, it was found that there is nothing abnormal.
I'm unsure whether I should pursue a career at the Korean medicine clinic.
