Recommended yoga poses for back pain relief

After giving birth, I had back pain, possibly due to incorrect breastfeeding posture.

Even after waking up, I had back pain, and it was naturally uncomfortable if my posture was bad.

 

Strangely... exactly... I don't know which part is hurting.

But... I was experiencing pain in some part of my back.

 

So, from that time, I started doing stretching, yoga, and other exercises.

I am going to introduce yoga poses that are good for back pain.

 

Yoga poses are positions that stretch the back muscles to quickly reduce pain.

Practicing this kind of yoga pose consistently helps strengthen muscles and reduce back pain.

 

Highly recommend the pigeon pose! Highly recommend the triangle pose.

Try it out. It really feels refreshing 😉

    특히..마지막 비둘기 자세은 고관절을 늘려줘서, 
    다리 붓기도 빼주는 자세에요. 해보세요. 진짜 시원해요.
