Blood Sugar Management Recipe) Beet and Bell Pepper 🥗 Salad

 

The truly roasted beets and red bell peppers prepared yesterday.

The base is on a bed of lettuce.

Steamed sweet pumpkin, steamed sweet potato, chicken tender, 1 piece, boiled egg, 1 piece

Carrot rapé is served. (Genuine sweet pumpkin and potatoes are warmed up and served.)

 

And to enhance the flavor of the salad, I topped it with walnuts and oriental dressing.

 

Please be sure to add protein and healthy fats such as nuts to your salad.

It tastes good and keeps you full for a long time, so you don't get hungry.
