Weekend blood sugar management with 🎃 🧅 🥔 🍅🍕Tortilla Pizza🍕
It's a day when I don't have much of an appetite.
That said, I can't just eat anything, so I take out pure healthy ingredients from the refrigerator and try to make something.
1 whole wheat tortilla
Tomato sauce
Onion, pumpkin, sweet potato, baby potato, cherry tomato toppings
I only put about half of the mozzarella cheese, not a lot.
It goes into the air fryer for baking.
A healthy homemade pizza made with just pumpkin, potatoes, onions, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese, baked without ham or high-calorie sauces, resulting in a clean and nutritious flavor.
Eating healthily while managing blood sugar is good. 🍕
I have an iced Americano and brunch.
