Nailmed Sinurance Nasal Irrigation Cleansing

It's a product I've been using for a long time, and I like it so much that I want to introduce it.

You should not use regular tap water for nasal irrigation. I put one packet of saline powder into lukewarm water from the water purifier and dissolve it well. Then, slightly tilt your head, open your mouth, and make an "ah" sound while doing one side at a time. This prevents reflux and works well.

After doing this nasal irrigation, my nose feels completely clear and breathing becomes so much easier.
