Is this a sequela of enteritis??

I had an episode of enteritis before. I suffered for a month. After a month, I felt better. But then, strange symptoms appeared afterward. If I go a long time without eating and then eat something, even if it's just water, I start to have diarrhea. At first, I thought it might be a stomach problem because my stomach was also not in good shape. When I searched about these symptoms, I found quite a few people who had had enteritis and experienced similar symptoms. So, could this be a post-illness sequela of enteritis? If it is a sequela, how long might I have to suffer?
