[Concern] I'm struggling so much because of recurrent benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
This exhausting benign paroxysmal positional vertigo~~~
Whenever I get stressed, I keep relapsing. This month alone, I was hospitalized twice for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
What is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)? It is dizziness caused by small calcium carbonate particles entering the semicircular canals responsible for maintaining body balance. It is a condition characterized by severe dizziness as if the surroundings are spinning.
When I have benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, I feel like my body keeps sinking underground, I can't stand, and I keep vomiting, so it's very difficult for me.
But this month, since there were many things to pay attention to, I guess my body was very tired.
Is there anyone who has experienced benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), and are there any methods to prevent recurrence?
