Is it impossible to fully cure plantar fasciitis?

My soles have been continuously hurting for a month.
I thought it would get better if I just kept going, but it stayed the same.
I went to the hospital feeling worried, and they said I have plantar fasciitis.
I looked up what plantar fasciitis is, and I found out that it is a condition where inflammation occurs in the plantar fascia located on the bottom of the foot.
I was told that I need to take good care of it.
They say that for plantar fasciitis, rather than a complete cure, consistent management is necessary.
Is it really that the concept of complete recovery doesn't exist...?
They say I need to receive consistent treatment, but why did I get plantar fasciitis?ㅠㅠ
I don't even know the reason, but it hurts, so I feel even more sad...
Can you manage plantar fasciitis by stretching on your own?
