Is this the early symptom of shingles? 😢 (with photo)

Recently, I have been experiencing strange symptoms on my skin and I am worried, so I am posting this.

A red rash has started to appear on one side of my body over the past few days.

The rash consists of multiple small blister-like bumps clustered together,

The surrounding skin also feels slightly red and seems to be inflamed.

Could this be the early symptom of shingles? Please refer to the photo below of shingles.

Please share the opinions of those with experience or expertise.

It has not been long since these symptoms appeared, and I have not yet visited the hospital.

How did those with similar experiences handle the situation?

I am curious about what treatment you received. Please advise on shingles.

I'm also unsure whether this is correct or not, so I'm currently 고민중이랍니다 ㅠㅠ
