I'm curious about the duration of medication for shingles.. Is it okay not to take it?
If shingles are detected early, medication is prescribed.
But, how long is the duration for taking the shingles medication?
I think there might be differences from person to person!
I found out that shingles medication is called an antiviral drug.
It is best to take antiviral medication within 72 hours, or about 3 days, after the rash appears.
So, if you take the antiviral medication for shingles within three days, that should be sufficient, right?

My younger sibling is suspected of having shingles, but they say they can't take their medication.
Even if it's shingles, I refuse to take medication... Is this a problem?
So, I plan to go to the hospital tomorrow, and if I tell the doctor this,
I think you'll say I haven't woken up to reality yet, haha.
Anyway, shingles medication should be taken within three days!
Should I set the medication duration to about a week?
