[Concern] My right shoulder still hurts after the accident.

I am a housewife in my mid-40s.
It's been nearly 20 years since we got married.
About a year ago, I fell in an accident and injured my right shoulder.
I was suffering alone and hurt myself, so I went to the hospital about two weeks later for an MRI scan.
Diagnosed with a partial shoulder muscle tear, undergoing physical therapy and taking medication, and then...
I went to a traditional Korean medicine hospital, received physical therapy and acupuncture, and I feel much better.
I'm glad to hear you've improved a lot, but I'm still worried because there are times when it hurts.
