Scalp oiliness

I have oily hair, and recently I've been experiencing hair loss, so it's the worst. ㅜㅜ

But if I don't get treatment, my hair becomes stiff and I think I lose more hair when I comb it. However, if I do get treatment, my hair becomes too greasy by the afternoon.

What should I do? Oily scalp and hair loss.. ㅜㅜ
