Lately, I've been walking a lot to exercise.
While working in the vegetable garden, tending to the weekend farm.
I stand for a long time and walk back and forth a lot.
While exercising, I noticed that my legs are quite swollen compared to walking on the treadmill.
I can feel that the sock's ankle part is swollen and deeply indented, indicating significant swelling.
Could it be that my swelling is caused by kidney problems?
I didn't notice it well before because there was no swelling or anything.
I'm very curious if the swelling that keeps occurring after I turned in my 50s is a sign of health issues.
My legs often swell like this.
Where should I go and what tests should I undergo if I feel weakness in my grip strength?
If there are people who have successfully overcome similar concerns like mine, I would appreciate any good advice from you.
