I am preparing a salad lunchbox every day to cut down on lunch expenses and to go on a diet.
Honestly, packing a lunchbox is no small task, but...
After experiencing a few trial and errors, I think I have now developed the know-how to minimize preparation time (about 20 minutes) and to pack consistently every day~ The preparation method is as follows~
- 1. Rinse the salad greens in water and prepare them.
- Put the chicken breast balls and others into the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Steam eggs, sweet potatoes, or pumpkin in a steamer for 10 minutes.
- 4. Place salad vegetables in lunchbox container 1, and cut and place chicken breast balls, eggs, and sweet pumpkin into container 2 to complete.
- 5. After opening the lunchbox, pour the dressing and enjoy eating it deliciouslyㅎㅎ
