Walking exercise to lower blood sugar for mental and physical health

I went to sleep around 11 p.m. after eating. Then I woke up at 5 a.m. and...
Yesterday, I walked 15,000 steps, and when I checked my blood sugar at 8:34 AM, the level had decreased.
The blood sugar level is 117.
While walking, I was reading from Daniel chapters 7 to 12, memorizing Revelation 9:12-14, and also memorized Revelation 7:1-15. I now spend my daily routine, including meetings and sending Bible texts, together with the Word.
And after walking 5,000 steps and measuring again, it dropped to 114.
