Ear health concerns

Due to my occupation, I wear earphones for long periods, and I have always felt that my ears are itchy and uncomfortable. However, recently, I suddenly feel pain or itching in my ears. It seems like there is more earwax, and I clean my ears thoroughly every day, but they feel moist and seem to have scabs forming. It doesn't seem to be bleeding, but I wonder why this is happening... It's not a serious problem, so I don't think I need to go to the hospital, but it's quite uncomfortable. Why is this happening?

귀가 간지럽거나 아프거나 심지어 먹먹할때도 외이도염은 아닐까요? 평소에 귀지를 청소하는 등 귀를 자주 후비게 되면, 귀 내부에 상처를 발생시킬 수 있구요, 한번 상처가 발생하게 되면 각종 세균 등으로 인한 감염이 생길 수 있답니다. 이렇게 외이도 감염으로 인한 염증이 나타나게 되면 지속적으로 귀가 가렵거나 아플 수 있어요. 증상이 심하진 않으시더라도 가까운 이비인후과에 가보시는게 나을꺼 같아요 귀 내부를 봐야 어떤지 알수가 있거든요 힘내시고 얼른 낫길 바랄께요~
