Ask Cash Doc [Forgetfulness]

I'm struggling because my forgetfulness is very severe.

While going to find something, I saw something else, so I did that and forgot what I was looking for.

And then I go back because I don't know what I came to find.

While having a conversation, I often forget what I was talking about and ask the other person what we were discussing.

I understand the words, but I can't recall what they mean, so I end up asking what they are, and the conversation gets interrupted.
