Freckles and blemishes keep increasing...

As the ultraviolet rays become stronger, it seems like my dark spots and blemishes are getting worseㅠㅠ I think I also have age spots or something similar on my face, and no matter what I do, they don't go away. Do you think laser treatment could make them clearer? My skin concerns continue.
