When dieting, I want to eat duck meat, and the most common and convenient option is smoked duck, right? But grilling it in oil might not help with the diet, so if you're 고민ing about whether to eat it, I recommend this menu!!
It's called Duck Cabbage Stew!! The cooking is simple.
In my case, I place cabbage, duck, and enoki mushrooms on a steamer, then add bean sprouts. I close the lid and steam on high heat for 5 minutes, then on low heat for 10 minutes. After steaming, I transfer everything to a bowl.
The ingredients are soy sauce 1, sesame oil 0.5, chicken stock 0.5, water, Korean spoonful, and pepper powder. Just put them all into a bowl and pour over the steamed duck and cabbage. It's not too salty and has a moderate, savory flavor. When you look at the pot after steaming, you'll see the oil floating on top of the water, quite a thick layer, haha. That makes the meat quite light and tender.
