Which hospital should I go to for leg symptoms?

My husband says his calf is uncomfortable.

Sometimes I feel like something, like blood, is completely blocked and then suddenly bursts open all at once with a pop! feeling.

I've been to both orthopedics and neurosurgery..

They say there's nothing special.

Electrical therapy? Electroshock therapy?? I tried both, and it was very, very painful during the treatment, but I was told that my legs would feel lighter afterward.

It's expensive and they say it's only for that time.
