If I had to choose my own secret to dieting, I would say playing badminton. Playing badminton for two hours every day, sweating profusely, allows me to eat freely while maintaining my original weight. Moreover, since I enjoy exercising while playing the game, I look forward to it so much that I can't wait to go every day. Therefore, I wonder if there is a better diet secret than this.
