[Health Concern Consultation] Urinary Incontinence

I have heard that incontinence surgery is performed quite often... I am curious about what conditions warrant surgery... When I feel the need to go to the bathroom, the urgency becomes so severe that I can't hold it, and my underwear often gets wet... I do drink a lot of water in the morning, but I also go frequently, so I sometimes hold it out of inconvenience and end up having an accident... I wonder if I need to have incontinence surgery... I would like to know if a test with a machine is done to determine the severity and whether surgery is necessary...
