Concern / I've had diarrhea like a stomach upset for three days. Should I go to the hospital?

It's not that I haven't been eating properly, but I've been having diarrhea for three days.

Usually, even if I have diarrhea, I recover quickly and can endure it well, but this time it has been going on for quite a while, so I think I should go to the hospital.

The stomach doesn't hurt that badly; I just feel a dull, stabbing sensation, but there are no other symptoms besides diarrhea.

Is it gastroenteritis or food poisoning?

I'm unsure whether I should go to the hospital or wait a little longer for it to get better.
