When I am tired, I have severe headaches.
In such cases, sleep is the best remedy. Usually at the pharmacy.
Purchased acetaminophen-containing Bukwang Pharmaceutical's Tasenol or the pain relief gel containing ibuprofen from CJ Pharmaceutical, such as Ibuprofen Pain Gel, for headache relief.
Common headaches are usually relieved with medication and rest.
