Ask for advice) Hand and arm numbness symptoms;;

I usually have quite severe muscle pain in my shoulders and neck, but recently my arms have also been going numb. I think it might be related to using my phone a lot, right? I can roughly guess the cause, but I'm not a doctor, so I can't be certain... It feels like all the strength is leaving my body, like my muscles are slackening, and then my arms start to ache. The pain comes and goes between my left and right hands... Should I see a neurologist?
I know that reducing cellphone use is obviously necessary 🤭
