(Concern) I've been going to the bathroom frequently latelyㅠㅠ

My health concern is that I have been going to the bathroom more frequently lately. I didn't used to go often, but it seems to have started about a week ago. I clearly just went to the bathroom a minute ago, but I feel like I need to go again. There have been times when I was walking outside and had to search for a bathroom, almost to the point of despair. Why is this happening? I'm really worriedㅠㅠ

저는 긴박뇨때문에 걱정이에요. 화장실때문에 외출할때 엄청 신경쓰이더라구요. 많이 심하시면 비뇨기과가보세요. 여성들도 의외로 비뇨기과 많이 오시던데요

저는 예전에 자궁물혹이 커지면서 방광을 눌러 화장실에 자주 갔어요. 여자들은 생리 시작하면 물혹이 커졌다 끝날즘 줄어드는 경우가 있어요. 그런 경우도 있을 수 있으니 참고하셔요~

심리적인 요인일수도, 신체적인 요인일수도 있으실 것 같아요. 심리적인 요인이라면 화장실이 자꾸 가고 싶어진 계기에 대해 잘 생각해보시고 그 부분을 해결하셔야 할 것 같아요 신체적인 요인이라면 요새 약 잘 나오니까 약물 치료와 체조를 병행하시는게 좋아요. 혹시 요실금이실 수 있으니 제가 가진 체크리스트 공유드러오 해당되신다면 병원 방문이 가장 빠른 치료법일 것 같아요
