How do you manage stress?
Whenever something happens and I get stressed, I can't shake it off.
Even when I try to think of something else to reduce stress, I end up thinking about it again and feeling stressed.
I feel lazy about everything, neglect to eat properly, and end up living trapped in that state.
Please share any tips for living without stress.
I wonder if I can shake it off by meditating or reading a book.
