When you're busy, it seems like you end up eating hastily, ordering takeout, or eating instant food.
So, I tend to eat vegetable side dishes or try to have salad with my meals!
I'm trying to cut back because I tend to snack a lot.
Since there are many low-sugar snacks available, I plan to purchase those kinds of products.
I think it's also important to move lightly after meals.
I am trying to manage my blood sugar through healthy habits~~
