I am currently managing my blood sugar diligently. Since I bought a blood glucose meter and occasionally check, I found that the food I ate the day before has a significant impact on my blood sugar levels. So, on days when my fasting blood sugar in the morning is high, I have bulletproof coffee in the morning, eat mainly salads for lunch, and have meat and salads together for dinner to manage it. After doing so, my blood sugar levels that evening or the next morning tend to be okay.
