(Concern) My skin turns red and develops something because of the sunlight, and I am worried.

Lately, the sunlight in the afternoon has become stronger, and I am worried about something appearing on my face. It looks like a slight rash or hives, and it might be a sun allergy. It doesn't itch much, but I am concerned it might get worse. Should I see a dermatologist? Or could it be resolved with a hat or mask? I do apply sunscreen, but I find it uncomfortable and don't use much.

남편이 건선이 많이 심한데, 햇빛에 많이 노출하면 빨갛게 되기보다 간지럽기 시작한다고 하더라고요 그러면 손톱자국에 알레르기 처럼 쭈르르 올라오고, 잠자리에서 너무 긁게 되면 피도 나오기도 하거든요 피부는 보습이 아주 중요해요 샤워후에 물기가 조금 남아있을때 보습이 좋은 크림을 듬뿍 발라주는것이 좋고 물도 수시로 자주 마셔주는게 좋아요 외출시에는 선크림은 기본으로 사용하고, 팔토시, 모자, 선크라스 같이 사용하네요 (그래도 역시 보습이 젤 좋아야 하는것 같아요 ) 그전에 일리뷴 크림사용했는데, 3일전부터 세타필이 좋다고 해서 세타필로 바꿨네요

햇빛 알레르기일 가능성이 높을 것 같아요. 병원 방문하셔서 치료 받아보시는 게 좋을 것 같애요. 답답하고 귀찮아서 저도 선로션을 걸을 때가 많은데 선로션은 꼭 발라주시는 게 피부에 좋답니다.
