I usually drink a lot of water. I tend to enjoy sweet foods and snacks in my regular diet, which makes me somewhat cautious about my sugar intake. I believe that in order to keep blood sugar levels healthy, I need to start with dietary control. On days when I think I have consumed a lot of sugar, I eat less rice, drink plenty of water, and engage in exercise or walk to sweat and resolve it. I believe that sweating through exercise is one of the biggest secrets to reducing sugar intake.
