I am a man in my late 40s. I have severe sebum (oiliness) on my face. After washing my face, within 30 minutes, my face becomes shiny with sebum. Recently, my scalp has also become greasy. In the morning after washing my hair and in the evening when I touch my hair, sebum (oil) comes off on my hands. How should I manage this?
