(Concern) Is there a treatment method for elbow pain when bending or exerting force?

My elbows hurt when I do actions like washing dishes or pre-washing clothes that involve bending my arms.
I found out it's called elbow.
Some people have had surgery, according to what they say.
There are also people who avoided activities that cause pain for an entire year and stayed mostly without using their arms.
Surgery feels a bit overwhelming.
Has anyone tried treatment for elbow pain?
