My eyes feel stuffy and stiff, and my vision has slightly weakened.

My eyes are getting dry and sticky, and there's quite a bit of inflammation. It feels like there's a pore or a hole forming when I press on them, like wrinkles or holes developing.
I can see squishy bugs and a wave-like ripple.
I think even eggs are cracking.
I don't know what to do!!!
I slept a lot and did things like massage, and I got better..!
