A hearty salad after fasting exercise
Place a generous amount of lettuce and top with plain, heated chicken breast.
I also added warmth to prevent the pumpkin from drying out.
Cabbage slices, tomatoes, bell peppers, and boiled eggs are all on the plate.
Enjoy it with an oriental sauce that has a lower calorie burden.
I am doing a diet that makes me feel full and satisfied.
