Meal after fasting exercise 🌯Tortilla roll🌯 and soup

 

Whole wheat tortilla with carrot rapé, lettuce, two slices of cheese, and plain chicken breast.

The carrot rapé was seasoned, so I only drizzled it with a nearly calorie-free Sriracha sauce on the chicken breast.

 

Whenever possible, avoid frying and spicy, salty seasonings, and eat in a clean style.
