My personal blood sugar management method... Eating less sweet and less salty foods
My personal blood sugar management method is simple... Eating all foods with less salt and less sugar.
I diligently eat vegetables and also season my side dishes a little less salty. As I continue to develop this habit, I feel more comfortable and less burdened. Of course, just eating less sweet foods doesn't mean blood sugar won't rise, but I think it's still much better.
When I drink coffee, I prefer to add milk instead of sugar, and I also eat plain Greek yogurt that isn't sweetened.
Sometimes, when I am busy studying and make kimbap to eat with my child, I put in cucumber that hasn't been seasoned instead of spinach. Of course, other types of kimbap also use a lighter seasoning, and adding fresh cucumber allows us to enjoy the kimbap with a milder, less salty taste.
Marking the moment I ate a little blandly and became healthier...
