My personal blood sugar management in the third year of diabetes diagnosis
2024.05.16 20:21
This is my third year of diagnosing blood sugar. When I was initially diagnosed by the doctor, I perceived it as an incurable disease and felt hopeless. However, after listening to the doctor's advice and researching on the internet, I learned that blood sugar issues are not incurable but can be sufficiently controlled. I also realized that controlling it is not easy and requires simultaneous changes in exercise and eating habits, along with relentless effort to achieve this. As a result, my fasting blood sugar is now around 120 and post-meal blood sugar is about 140, which are manageable levels.
