To manage blood sugar levels, I walk for two hours every evening regardless of rain or snow. On weekends, I hike along a course from 2 to 3 o'clock, and for my diet, I prepare brown rice to consume fewer carbohydrates and focus on vegetables high in dietary fiber. To meet nutritional needs, I consume an appropriate amount of protein from tofu and meat. Stress is also one of the causes that raise blood sugar levels. I practice meditation to calm my mind and clear my head.
