[Concern] Ask Cashdoc] Small, millet-sized bumps appear around my eyes, causing me stress.

It's not acne, but around my eyes, especially under the eyes and the outer corners, I have small, bumpy bumps. Some are flat, and others are slightly raised. acquaintances suggest getting a mole removal procedure, but it seems I need to visit regularly.
I wonder if there's really a need to undergo the procedure when complete treatment isn't possible. What is that prominent thing?
