(Concern) My vision becomes blurry after looking at my phone for more than 30 minutes. Is this a medical issue?

Since when, if I look at my cell phone for more than 30 minutes, my vision becomes blurry. It feels like my focus is off and everything becomes foggy. Then, after about an hour of closing my eyes, my eyesight sometimes returns. When I am not feeling well, my vision may not return to normal all day long. So, once my vision becomes blurry, I often can't do anything for the rest of the day. After sleeping and waking up, it’s usually okay the next day. I don’t know if this is some kind of disease or if it’s just normal as the eyes age. Should I go to the hospital?
