[Concern] Corn on the sole of the foot

The plantar corn that appeared more than five years ago on the sole between the fourth and fifth toes still hasn't gone awayㅠ

They removed it at the hospital, but it keeps recurring, causing pain and discomfort.

I don't know the cause either, and it's really frustrating~

It's not bunion deformity, but the bone under the little toe on the left foot protrudes a bit and always touches the shoe. Could that also be a cause?
