My eyes feel dry and gritty.

Maybe it's because I look at my smartphone a lot these days, my eyes feel dry.

Will it be okay if I put artificial tears in?!??

I see them often in work-related situations, so it makes it even more so.

I need to rest my eyes, but it's not easy.

What should I do?!
