[Concern] I am worried because I have sacrum pain when I sleep.

During the day, it's okay, but when I lie down to sleep at night, I sometimes feel a heavy pain in my left hip bone.
It's not continuous pain; I was sick for three days, then felt okay for another three days.
I haven't received medical treatment yet, so I'm not sure of the reason, but I don't think it's because I'm constantly in pain; maybe it's because my usual lifestyle habits are not good.
My acquaintance is wondering if it's because I walk too much, but I do walk about ten thousand steps every day, and I don't feel like it's too much for me.
