I am concerned because I frequently get styes.

Is it because my immune system in my eyes is weak? I frequently get inflammation. I try not to touch my eyes as much as possible in daily life, but it's not easy. I often find myself unconsciously touching my eyes because I keep worrying about it. So I thought using a cotton swab might be more hygienic, and I carried one around and used it, but I ended up getting another stye. Was the use of a cotton swab the cause? Or was it due to pollen? Anyway, I don't know the reason, but every year I suffer from eye problems once or twice. Every morning, I check my eyes in the mirror to see how they are. I want to maintain healthy, clean eyes and worry less. ㅠㅜ
