(Concern) What are the horizontal lines on my nails?

There are horizontal lines on my nails. They appeared suddenly and haven't gone away, and they keep there. They are slightly indented. Why did they happen?ㅠㅠ Is it due to nutritional deficiency? They are present on all my nails, but the thumb nail is more severe. Should I see a doctor?
