Wrist pain

Whenever the temperature drops or it looks like rain, my wrist on the back of my hand always hurts.ㅠㅠ

After the postpartum recovery period, I was briefly exposed to cold wind, and these symptoms have appeared for several years.ㅠㅠ

Even though it looks fine on the outside, I think I'm suffering internally.ㅠㅠ
