(Concern) Is it okay for my knee to make noise?

There has been a sound from my knees when I stand up after sitting for a while.
Sometimes it makes loud sounds, and other times it makes quieter sounds.
Since I don't get seriously ill, I don't go to the hospital. Are there others like me who make noise?
I'm curious about how it was done.
