When I was in poor health before, I started aerobics and became mentally and physically healthier. Since then, I have been diligently enjoying exercise for about seven years. The problem is that during spring and fall, the weather is so nice that I went out to see flowers and autumn leaves, which became the cause of my issues. I didn't consider my age. Because my lower body is strong, I didn't worry about my knees, but I didn't realize that my soles would break down. Since it's early on, if I don't use it, it doesn't hurt severely... I just need to rest. My right sole hurts, so I am using insoles that reduce pressure on my right foot. After doing aerobics, it hurts. What should I do... It's good for my mental health and aerobic exercise, but... what should I do for my soles?
