[Concern] I sometimes experience severe numbness in my arm while sleeping.

I usually have tightness in the back of my neck and both shoulders.
It feels stiff and sore.
It's not often, but once in a while, when I lie down to sleep at night
Numbness from the back of the neck to the fingertips? The same symptoms are coming on strongly.
It's not that the pain is severe or anything.
When that happens, I can't sleep even if I'm uncomfortable and tired ㅠ
